Q: Where is your factory?
A: Located in Guangzhou city ,China.
Q: What's your payment term?
A: T/T, L/C, Paypal, Western Union, Moneygram, Escrow, etc. 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
Q: What's MOQ of ?
A: If acrylic bag clutch are in stock, any piece is OK. If need to produce, 100pcs per design per color.If you have test requirement, we need to discuss when there is any specific style and we will let you know MOQ.
Q: Can I do customized design? Such as prting logo, change color, material, size, structure and shape etc...?
A: Yes, both OEM and ODM serivce are offered. Your Tclutch bag acrylic can be done as your request. Pls contact us for more detais.
Q: If I have my idea, are you able to design according to my concept?
A: Yes, our design team will design for you.
Q: How many days for samples?
A: Usually 10~15 days for standard bags and parts. If some parts needs to make mould, it takes about 15-30 days to opening the mold.
Q: How many days for production?
A: It takes about 30-45 days after we received your deposit and confirm the sample.
Q: How much does it cost to ship to my country?
A: It depends on seasons and different forwarders. Fee is different offered by different forwarders, and in different seasons. You can consult your nominated forwarder or us at any time.
Q: How do you guarantee the clutch acrylic bag quality?
A: We have our own QC team and make 100% inspection to control quality before packing.
